Why I Started Terry Law, PLLC

After more than a decade of practicing law in a variety of settings - from boutique firms to a large regional law firm - I am excited to begin a new chapter with the launch of Terry Law, PLLC.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of representing individuals, families, fiduciaries, financial institutions, nonprofit organizations, and business owners on a wide range of legal matters. Whether helping a family create an estate plan, guiding a personal representative through the administration of a loved one's estate, advising a trustee on fiduciary responsibilities, assisting a business owner with a transaction, or navigating complex tax-related issues, I have seen firsthand how important thoughtful legal guidance can be.

I founded Terry Law with a simple goal: to provide practical, informed counsel and direct attorney access to clients facing some of life's most important decisions.

The law often intersects with significant life events: planning for a family's future, administering an estate, forming or growing a business, serving as a fiduciary, or addressing complex financial and tax considerations. These situations frequently involve more than legal documents. They involve people, relationships, responsibilities, and long-term goals.

My approach has always been to focus on understanding a client's objectives, identifying practical solutions, and providing advice that is grounded in both legal knowledge and real-world experience. Terry Law was created to continue that approach in a setting that allows me to work closely with clients and provide personalized attention throughout the representation.
